Donation Cancellation and Refund Policy

Donations made through echoDonations.org™ are irrevocable. Why? Because once you make a donation, you are given notification, via email and a "ready to print" form, that a tax-deductible charitable contribution has been received and to save this notification for your tax records. We are unable to inform the appropriate government authorities that your donation has been returned and that you should not receive such a credit.

However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service immediately at cs@echodonation.org and we will review your case individually. We will respond within 3 days from the date of your request. Thank you.
